From the beginning quote to performance of the roof replacement and adding attic insulation, Fedencio and his crew were professionals throughout the whole job. Each member of his crew worked well together. Each day after the work was done they picked up all the nails and debris from the tear off and reroofing. 4 Elements Contracting replaced our roof and skylight and added a powered skylight shade. They also replaced the overhang and soffits around the entire house and added baffles to improve the flow of air through the attic. All work was done in a very timely manner and exactly as stated in the estimate. The roof replacement was done in one day and great care was taken to collect and remove all debris from the work areas. When the skylight shade was installed they found a problem and immediately sought a replacement, and installed that as soon as they received it. When all phases of the job were complete, Fidencio reviewed all aspects of the job with us to ensure that we understood what had been done and were satisfied with it. The company is honest and highly competent, and everything was done in a thoroughly professional manner. We highly recommend 4 Elements Contracting.
